Portable sanitation · Denver, Colorado
We drop portable toilets where the work happens: construction sites, road crews, festivals, backyard weddings, and anywhere the plumbing hasn't arrived yet. Units land clean, stocked with toiletries, and on a service schedule you set.
The fleet
Six rental types cover almost everything we get called for in Denver. Not sure which one? Describe the job and we'll tell you what usually works.

The workhorse. Single occupancy, vented, with a toilet paper holder inside and a urinal on most units.

Wider floor, flat ground-level entry, and interior grab bars. Public events and permitted sites are usually expected to have one.

Built for months on site, not a weekend. Weekly pumping and restocking, and units moved as the build changes shape.

Clean units placed out of the sightlines, dropped before setup and pulled after teardown. Festivals, races, block parties.

Separate entries, flushing toilets, running sinks, lighting, and climate control. For when guests are dressed up.

Foot-pump sink with fresh water, soap, and paper towels loaded. Worth adding wherever food is served.
What the rental covers
A rental is not just the unit. It's keeping it usable week after week, and taking it away the day you're done with it.
We set the unit where you point, as long as the ground is level and the truck can get within about 20 feet of it on service days.
Tanks pumped, bowl and surfaces rinsed and wiped, fresh deodoriser charged. Weekly by default, twice weekly on heavy-traffic sites.
Toilet paper and hand sanitizer go in on every visit, plus soap and paper towels for handwash stations. Ask for extra toiletries dropped if your site burns through them.
Your site sits on a set route day, so the crew shows up without you having to phone in a reminder every week.
Quotes, extra units, a moved drop point, an early pickup: same phone number, no ticket portal, no waiting on an email reply.
Call when the job wraps and the unit goes. No cancellation form to hunt down, no charge for days you didn't use.
Who we are
Cleanridge Porta Potty Signature rents portable toilets, restroom trailers, and handwash stations across Denver, from single-unit backyard jobs to multi-unit orders that stay out for a full build season.
Most of the frustration in this trade comes down to two things: a unit that shows up late, and a unit nobody comes back to service. We run fixed route days, keep the fleet in condition worth putting our name on, and quote over the phone without pushing you through a form first.
Rentals only, on a call-first basis. Tell us the site, the headcount, and the dates, and we'll tell you what it takes and what it costs.

New builds, remodels, road and utility work. Monthly terms with weekly servicing and units moved as the site changes shape.
Festivals, races, fairs, block parties, and weddings. Delivered ahead of setup, collected once the last vendor is out.
Restroom overflow during renovations, warehouse yards, parking-lot operations, and temporary staff facilities.
Home renovations, landscaping projects, and backyard gatherings where you'd rather not have a queue at the family bathroom.
How many you need
Alcohol service, hot weather, and long hours all push these up, so give us the real headcount rather than the optimistic one.
One unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week.
One unit per 50 guests for four hours or less.

How to book
Site address, dates, rough headcount, and whether it's a build, an event, or a one-off. That's enough for a price.
We'll agree the unit count, the service frequency, and where the truck can park on delivery and on every visit after.
The unit arrives clean and stocked, gets serviced on schedule, and comes back to us when you call the job done.

Pricing depends on the unit type, how long you keep it, how often it is serviced, and where in Denver it is delivered. A standard unit on a weekly service schedule costs less than an ADA unit or a restroom trailer. Call (720) 407-7629 with your dates and site address for a quote.
Most standard units can be placed within one to two business days. Same-day and next-morning drops are sometimes possible when the schedule allows, so call early if your date is tight. Restroom trailers and larger multi-unit orders need more notice.
A common working figure is one unit per 10 workers for a 40-hour week, and one unit per 50 guests for an event running four hours or less. Alcohol service, hot weather, and longer hours push those numbers up. Tell us the headcount and duration and we will size it with you.
Weekly servicing is the standard on construction rentals: the tank is pumped and rinsed, surfaces are wiped, and toiletries such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer are restocked. Twice-weekly or more frequent servicing is available on high-traffic sites.
Every unit arrives clean and stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and a toilet paper holder is fitted inside. Handwash stations arrive with soap and paper towels loaded. Extra toiletries can be dropped at service visits if your site burns through supplies faster than expected.
Yes. ADA units have a wider floor plan, a ground-level entry, and interior grab bars for wheelchair access. Public events and many permitted job sites are expected to include at least one.
We need firm level ground and clear truck access within roughly 20 feet, so the service vehicle can reach the unit on every visit. Gravel, packed dirt, and paved surfaces all work. Point out overhead lines, soft ground, and locked gates when you book.
Event rentals are typically booked by the weekend, and construction rentals run monthly with weekly servicing. Longer terms are straightforward to arrange, and units can stay on site as long as the project runs.
